M.E.M. (Men Empowering Men) Program

Facilitated by Christopher Gordon, BSW.

The group meets every other Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a new, thought-provoking topic explored each session.

M.E.M. - Men Empowering Men is more than just a group it’s a brotherhood and a community. This therapeutic conversation circle brings men together in a safe, judgment-free space to explore life’s challenges, celebrate victories, and support one another on their personal growth journeys.

Through honest dialogue and shared experiences, members gain emotional support, build meaningful connections, and develop tools to improve their mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking personal growth, or just looking to connect with like-minded men in your community, this group is here to empower you.

In addition to peer support, members of Men Empowering Men also give back by mentoring young men ages 16–25, helping to guide and uplift the next generation through wisdom, encouragement, and real life experiences.
